Sheet Stopper Part
In sheet stopper part, it provides smooth signatures moving without scattering signatures to improve pressing force of the conveyer belt and clear the cutting with giving height to carrier part after pressing signatures.
Low-Speed Part
In low-speed part, it stabilizes flow of signatures with slow descents by shortening distance between fork and lift. And, on low-speed descent, controlling ON/OFF of air-blower, solves the problem of signature-sticking.
High-Speed Part
In high-speed stacking part, it doesn’t make machine stop by miss-aligned signatures with pre-test for miss-alignment, in case of detecting miss-alignment, widens receiving guide of low-speed part.
