1. Tool height compensation funtion
By means of measuring of height after installing Drill bit, compensates the error values and processes when processing the board.

2. Setting function of tool height
detects height of top side processed at the first hole of process program, and sets the location leaving certain
distacne from the top side detected into R point.

3. Second up limit function
Able to set R point independently different from normal R point out of designated range.

4. Blind hole function
Processes the hole depth accurately at the surface of board by automatically measuring the tool height of Drill bit

Responding to process schedule set up at the CNC equipment, processes many process programs.
During the process, able to register a program after the next process.

Operates process by, automatically, cancelling the axis of error occurance or exchanging tool when occurance of
tool error(height, caliber, breakage, and so on)

keep history data such as process information, NC situation, and, operation record in Hard disk. Able to confirm
recorded data on CNC monitor.
